VibroPower Corporation Limited announced that it has entered into a joint venture agreement to issue 1 convertible bond at an issue price of SGD 1,500,000, in the principal amount of SGD 1,500,000 on November 1, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investor Interra Resources Limited.
