Vidente Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A121800) acquired additional 5.6% stake in ACOM STUDIO Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A066410) from Barth Co., Ltd for KRW 4.5 billion on September 19, 2018. A total of 3.5 million shares were acquired for KRW 1,280 per share. Shares owned by Vidente in ACOM increased from 4.69 million to 8.19 million as part of the deal.

Vidente Co., Ltd., formerly Seven Star Works Co., Ltd., is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of high definition (HD) video equipment for digital broadcast.
