Viewtran Group, Inc. announced that it has issued convertible senior notes for gross proceeds of $200,000,000 led by affiliated investment vehicles of new investor RXR Realty LLC on October 27, 2022. The transaction included participation from new investors USAA Real Estate Company, Anson Funds Management LP, Environmental Strategies Group of BNPP Asset Management France, as well as other new and existing investors. As a part of the transaction Scott Rechler of RXR Realty LLC will join board seat.
