Vikas Lifecare Limited announced a private placement to issue and allot 252,500,000 fully convertible warrants on preferential basis for an issue price of INR 3.20 per warrants for gross proceeds of INR 808,000,000 on October 31, 2023. The warrant holder can exercise the warrant to subscribe for one equity share of the company. The warrants entitle the allottee to apply for and be allotted equal number of equity shares for each warrant held by them on payment of balance 75% of the issue price within 18 months from the date of issue of these warrants.
