Vilniaus Degtine AB (Vilniaus degtine JSC) is a Lithuania-based company that specializes in the production and sale of alcoholic and soft drinks. The Company is primarily involved in the production of alcohol beverages, such as vodka, bitter, liqueurs, brandy, flavored vodka, gin, Scottish whisky, wine, alcoholic cocktails and other alcohol beverages. The facilities for alcohol beverage production are located in Vilnius. Spirit production facilities are located at the Company's subsidiary in Rokiskis district. The Company produces under such brand names as Shotka, Gediminas, Karvedys, Sobieski, Sobieski Superior, Bajoru, Dama and Trollberry among others. The Company exports its products to the European Union, as well as others countries. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's major shareholder was Sobieski Sp Z O.O. with a stake of 68.29%.
