Please note that the Board of Directors of Virescent Infrastructure, in its capacity of Investment Manager to Virescent Renewable Energy Trust ("VRET"), have accorded its approval today viz. September 30, 2022, for taking on record the binding nature of the Business Transfer Agreement ("BTA") (including any amendments to BTA), executed between Jakson Power Private Limited and Universal Saur Urja Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of VRET, in connection with the acquisition of 25.9 MWp Solar Project in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

The completion of the acquisition will be subject to further approval of the Board and upon completion of customary closing conditions.

We request you to take the above on record and the same be treated as compliance under the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014.
