Virtus AllianzGI Artificial Intelligence & Technology Opportunities Fund announced monthly distributions of $0.15 per share. The distributions will be payable on May 2, 2022, June 1, 2022 and July 1, 2022 to shareholders of record on May 11, 2022, June 12, 2022 and July 13, 2022 with an ex-dividend dates of April 8, 2022, May 11, 2022 and June 10, 2022 respectively.
