Visiativ has published a 183% increase in net income, group share, to 3.4 million euros for the first half of 2023, driven by net proceeds from disposals, while EBITDA fell by 10% to 8.3 million.

The company explains this decline by the adaptation of sales force incentives to new sales models, its All Visiativ program and international marketing investments relating to the standardization of subsidiary brands.

Sales rose by 11% to 122.6 million euros (+3% on a like-for-like basis), 'with strong growth in SaaS subscription sales of +85% (+64% in organic terms) and sustained activity in Consulting'.

In the second half of 2023, Visiativ intends to 'pursue its growth momentum, driven in particular by the acceleration of SaaS subscriptions, and thus increase its profitability, benefiting from an increasingly favorable seasonality in the second half of the year'.
