Visual Photonics Epitaxy Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 768.43 million compared to TWD 522.09 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 143.95 million compared to TWD 105.77 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.78 compared to TWD 0.57 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.78 compared to TWD 0.57 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,757.17 million compared to TWD 2,097.56 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 261.85 million compared to TWD 507.7 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.42 compared to TWD 2.75 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.41 compared to TWD 2.72 a year ago.
Visual Photonics Epitaxy Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of photoelectric semiconductor epitaxial chips and components. The Companyâs primary products include heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) wafers, pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (PHEMT) wafers, indium phosphide (InP) HBT wafers, wafer bonding light emitting diodes (LEDs), gallium arsenide (GaAs) personal identification number (PIN) and indium GaAs (InGaAs) PIN, among others.
