Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSXV:VZLA) signed non binding letter of intent to acquire Goanna Resources, S.A.P.I. de C.V from Exploradora Minera La Hacienda S.A. de C.V and Manuel de Jesus Hernandez Tovar for $10.1 million on January 18, 2024. Vizsla Silver Corp.

(TSXV:VZLA) entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Goanna Resources, S.A.P.I. de C.V from Exploradora Minera La Hacienda S.A. de C.V and Manuel de Jesus Hernandez Tovar on March 27, 2024. The consideration consists of $3.1 million in cash and the issue of 5.6 million common shares amounting to $7 million. The Acquisition is subject to standard closing conditions, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
