VOGO renews its contract with France's National Rugby League for four seasons as part of the the detection of injuries and in particular concussions Protocol.

VOGO (ISIN: FR0011532225 - ALVGO) is announcing the renewal of its contract with the National Rugby League (Ligue Nationale de Rugby, LNR) for a period of four seasons. After an initial six-year collaboration initiated in the 2017-2018 season, VOGO continues to provide its VOGOSPORT video replay service to medical staff during matches to facilitate the detection and diagnosis of injuries and in particular concussions (HIA protocol). The contract covers all TOP 14, ProD2 and In Extenso Supersevens matches as well as European Cup matches played in France.

During matches, concussion can be diagnosed by on-field medics and physiotherapists.

In order to facilitate concussion detection and avoid to leave a player with concussion on the pitch, VOGO since its creation has played a pioneering role in the development of video technologies for professionals, the aim being to optimise the efficacy of existing protocols for the detection of concussions occurring during sports activities. This commitment was further strengthened in 2022 with the creation of a multidisciplinary consortium focused on the development of innovative solutions for the prevention and detection of concussions in sports.

It is therefore natural that the LNR has renewed its partnership with VOGO for four further seasons. The LNR is a major actor within the French sports sector, in charge of managing and developing professional rugby in France.

As part of the partnership, VOGO continues to equip doctors with its state-of-the-art video equipment on pitch-side and in medical supervision rooms, bringing them a real-time detection solution for signs of concussion (head shocks, loss of consciousness, convulsions, etc.) so that they can provide immediate care. The VOGO solution also includes the roll-out of a cloud specifically for the LNR, enabling it to archive all matches and make video streams available to doctors as well as the disciplinary committee, citing commissioners, video analysts, and marketing and communication teams.

The partnership strengthens VOGO's positions in rugby after being selected for major global events such as the Six Nations tournament, the Champions Cup, the Challenge Cup, and the Rugby Europe Championship.
