Goode EIS (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire the production site of Von Roll Holding AG (SWX:ROL) for CHF 10 million on May 22, 2018. Von Roll Holding AG will receive over CHF 10 million from the sale. The business generated annual sales of CHF 13 million. Goode EIS (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of production site of Von Roll Holding AG (SWX:ROL) on May 22, 2019.

Von Roll Holding AG is a Switzerland-based holding company that focuses on products and systems for power generation, transmission and distribution, as well as high-tech materials. The Company diversifies its activities into two business segments: Von Roll Insulation and Von Roll Composites. The Von Roll Insulation business segment covers the Company's products, systems and services related to electrical insulation, with focus on large generators, high- and low-voltage motors, traction motors and transformers. The product lines include insulation materials, winding wires, resins and varnishes. The Von Roll Composites business segment covers the Company's heat and fire resistant cable insulations, composite materials, compression-molded tiles and solutions for ballistic protection. The composites product lines include semi-finished goods in the form of laminates and made-to-measure machined parts. The Company operates worldwide through numerous subsidiaries.
