Voronezhskoye Aktsionernoye Samoletostroitel'noye Obshchestvo PAO (VASO OAO or Voronezh Aircraft Manufacturing Enterprise OJSC) is a Russia-based company, the main activity of which is the manufacture of helicopters and other flying machines, production of accessories and parts of both aircrafts and spacecrafts, as well as providing repair and maintenance of equipment. The Company's manufacture includes passenger aircrafts SSJ100, Il-76MD-90A and An-148, among others. VASO PAO sells its products on the domestic market, as well as abroad. The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries: DP VASO Tekhpromservis OOO and UK VATP OOO. As of June 30, 2014, the Company's major shareholder was Obedinennaya Aviastroitel?naya Korporatsiya OAO.
