Voya Financial, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported revenue was USD 1,519 million compared to USD 2,503 million a year ago. Net income was USD 68 million compared to USD 463 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.62 compared to USD 3.81 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 0.57 compared to USD 3.53 a year ago.
For the six months, revenue was USD 3,033 million compared to USD 546 million a year ago. Net income was USD 126 million compared to USD 1,627 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.88 compared to USD 12.71 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 0.8 compared to USD 11.84 a year ago.
