On February 22, 2023 (the Agreement Date"), Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. and Robert W. Hesslein entered into a Transition, Separation and Release of Claims Agreement (the Separation Agreement"), pursuant to which Mr. Hesslein resigned from his position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel and from any and all other positions he holds as an officer or employee of the Company or an officer, employee or director of any of its subsidiaries, effective on April 28, 2023, or such earlier date as may be mutually agreed upon in writing by the Company and Mr. Hesslein.
Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. is a biotechnology company focused on advancing neurogenetic medicines. The Companyâs pipeline includes programs for Alzheimerâs disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Parkinsonâs disease, and multiple other diseases of the central nervous system.
