June 2020 Publication of inside information pursuant to Article 17 MAR Imminent Insolvency The management board of vPE WertpapierhandelsBank AG announces that the company is threatened with insolvency according to the current status (Section 18 German Insolvency Statute [InsO]). However, the imminent insolvency would - according to the current forecast of the Management Board - no longer apply if, for example, the Administrative Court of Frankfurt granted the Company's application pursuant to Section 80 (5) VwGO to order the suspensive effect of the Company's objection to the BaFin decision of 29 May 2020 or the BaFin granted the Company's application pursuant to Section 80 (4) VwGO, or the BaFin ordered other measures which would allow the Company to trade in options (buy orders) again at short notice until the end of June in any case.
