Vyborgskiy Sudostroitel'nyi Zavod PAO (VSZ PAO or Vyborg Shipyard PJSC or VSY PJSC) is a shipbuilding company based in the Russian Federation. The Company is engaged in the construction of small and medium tonnage vessels, offshore drilling rigs and icebreakers, production of steel, stainless steel and aluminum structures for shipbuilding, construction of deep sea semi-submersible floating drilling and production platforms for exploration of oil and gas offshore fields, as well as repair and modernization of ships. The Company's repair activities include hull repairs, surfaces cleaning, painting and insulation of hull and piping. repair of ship devices, main engine and machinery, replacement of propeller or propeller blades, repair, testing and setup of ship instrumentation and radio navigational equipment, among others. VSZ PAO operates through several wholly owned subsidiaries. The Company is active domestically, as well as exports products abroad.
