Wacker Chemie AG announced that its executive board member and personnel director, Wilhelm Sittenthaler, will step down effective December 31, 2012. Tobias Ohler has been elected to succeed Sittenthaler. Ohler joined Wacker Chemie as head of Corporate Controlling and was later promoted to head of Raw Materials Procurement.
He most recently served as personnel director of company's subsidiary Siltronic.
