Wacom Co., Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors resolved to change its Representative Director effective April 1, 2018 as follows: Nobutaka Ide was appointed as Representative Director, President and CEO. Masahiko Yamada, current Representative Director, President and CEO, will resign as President and CEO on March 31, 2018, and retire as Director following the 35th Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting planned at the end of June 2018. Nobutaka Ide previously was Executive Vice President, Technology Solution Business Unit and Platform & Applications Business Unit from April 2017 and is director of the company since June 2017.
