Wakita & Co.,LTD. (TSE:8125) agreed to acquire Taiyu Co., Ltd. from Taiyuu Holding Co., Ltd. on February 24, 2023. For the year ending April 2022 Taiyu Co., Ltd. net worth of ¥1.2 billion, total assets of ¥2.2 billion, ¥850 million, EBIT of ¥86 million and net income of ¥0.65 million. The transaction is expected to clos on March 1, 2023.
