(DB:S16) entered into a purchase and sale agreement to acquire 30% working interest in Delburne oil project from Waldron Energy Corporation (TSX:WDN) and three other independent partners for CAD 0.08 million on December 31, 2011. Stealth Energy Inc. (DB:S16) completed the acquisition of 30% working interest in Delburne oil project from Waldron Energy Corporation (TSX:WDN) and three other independent partners on January 24, 2012.
