Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA (OB:WAWI) acquired remaining 40% stake in ALS for $10 million on March 24, 2022. ALS continues to operate under separate brand under the Wallenius Wilhelmsen group umbrella. Osborne Clarke N.V. acted as legal advisor to Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA.
