(Stock Code: 169) UPDATE ON THE POSSIBLE DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY IN SPAIN

Reference is made to the announcement of Wanda Hotel Development Company Limited (the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") dated 22 July 2016 in relation to the MOU dated 12 July 2016 for the negotiation and possible sale of all the issued shares in Wanda Madrid Development, S.L.U. by the Group to Baraka and the announcement of the Company dated 15 October 2016 in relation to the extension of the Expiry Date for the Possible Disposal to 24 October 2016 (collectively, the "Announcements").

Terms defined in the Announcements have the same meaning when used herein unless the context requires otherwise.

Although no formal agreement for the Possible Disposal has been entered into by the parties to the MOU by the Expiry Date, the Possible Disposal is still under discussion and negotiation by the parties with the intention to agree on the terms of the formal agreement and to further extend the Expiry Date. The Company will make further announcement as and when appropriate in accordance with the requirements of the Listing Rules.

Investors should note that no formal agreement has been entered into for the Possible Disposal as at the date of this announcement. The Possible Disposal may or may not proceed. Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
