WashTec AG reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was EUR 118.61 million compared to EUR 111.28 million a year ago. Net income was EUR 6.71 million compared to EUR 10.91 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 0.5 compared to EUR 0.82 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 0.5 compared to EUR 0.82 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was EUR 338.56 million compared to EUR 306.31 million a year ago. Net income was EUR 14.78 million compared to EUR 22.88 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 1.1 compared to EUR 1.71 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 1.1 compared to EUR 1.71 a year ago.
WashTec AG is a Germany-based company engaged in the provision of vehicle washing solutions. The Company and its subsidiaries focus on developing, manufacturing, selling and servicing car wash products. The Company operates through three geographical segments: Core Europe, North America, and Asia/Pacific. Its product portfolio comprises, among others, roll-over wash equipment, self-service wash equipment, commercial car wash equipment, wash tunnels,water reclaim systems and the spare parts.
