WASKO : Informacja o podpisaniu z Bankiem aneksu do Umowy Wieloproduktowej

The Management Board of WASKO SA (the Issuer) hereby informs that on 13 August 2019r. between the Issuer and its subsidiaries, ie. COIG SA GABOS SOFTWARE sp., Logic Synergy Sp. z oo and a related entity ENTE Sp. z oo and ING Bank Slaski SA (the Bank) with registered office in Katowice, an annex to the Agreement, Multi-kredytowy.Na a renewable limit under the Annex to the Agreement the Bank has extended the Multi 16 August 2020. and increased revolving credit limit for use with the current amount of 60 million zł to the amount of 70,000,000.00 zł, in words: seventy million 00/100 during the period from 16.08.2019r. until 16.08.2020r.

Under the agreement, the individual Group companies WASKO SA received the following sub-limits:

WASKO SA - sublimit to a maximum amount of EUR 57,000,000.00 million zł, fifty seven million zloty 00/100,

COIG SA - sublimit to the maximum amount of 3,000,000.00 zł, three million zlotys 00 / 100,

GABOS SOFTWARE Sp. z oo - sublimit to the maximum amount of 3,500,000.00 zł, say: 3500000 00/100,

LOGIC SYNERGY Sp. z oo - sublimit to the maximum amount of 500,000.00 zł, five hundred thousand 00/100.

According to the Agreement, the working capital loans in the bank account bears interest at a variable rate fixed by the Bank on an annual basis based on WIBOR for 1 month interbank deposits plus a margin agreed Banku.Strony securing the Bank's claims arising from the provisions of the Agreement, Multi-in the following forms:

- registered pledge on inventories,
- assignment of receivables under execution contracts indicated economic
- blank promissory notes with promissory note declarations,
- contractual mortgage established on three properties owned by the Issuer.

The contracting parties jointly and severally liable for the obligations arising from the revolving credit facility.
