Waste Connections, Inc. (NYSE:WCN) acquired Arrowhead Environmental Partners, LLC from Clairvest Equity Partners VI Limited Partnership a fund managed by Clairvest Group Inc. (TSX:CVG) and others on August 3, 2023. Upon closing, CVG?s portion of sale proceeds was approximately $35.6 million. On a constant currency basis, the sale proceeds for CVG represent a multiple of capital invested of 12.3x and an IRR of 128%. Vedder Price acted as legal advisor to Arrowhead.
