Wattana Karnpaet Public Company Limited Announces Appointment of Ms. Suda Sunsavekul as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Independent Director

Wattana Karnpaet Public Company Limited announced that Board of Directors Meeting No. 2/2024 on May 14, 2024 has resolved to appoint Ms. Suda Sunsavekul to be the chairman of the audit committee and independent director to replace Mr.Phoonsakdi Vaisamruat who has passed away. The term of office shall be according to the remaining term of the director she replaces and appointed Ms.Jariya Chatdakunpen to be the audit committee and independent director.

Effective from May 14, 2024 onwards. The audit committee is consisted of: Chairman of the audit committee Ms.Suda Sunsavekul remaining term in office 1 year; Audit committee Ms.Alisa Neramittagapong remaining term in office 2 year; Audit committee Ms.Jariya Chatdakunpen remaining term in office 2 year; and Secretary of the audit committee Ms.Pattharaporn Promtong.
