We Retail Public Company Limited announced that at the Board of Director Meeting held on February 25, 2015, and the Meeting passed the resolution to approve the appointment of one additional Audit Committee, namely Mr. Prasong Vara-ratanakul to replace Mr. Boonliam Leongnarktongdee, who had resigned on February 25, 2015. The appointment is effective from February 25, 2015 onward.
