On May 5, 2021, Weatherford International plc ("Weatherford" and together with
its subsidiaries, "we" or the "Company") issued a news release announcing
results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the news release
is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02.

We will host a conference call on Thursday, May 6, 2021, to discuss the results
for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. The conference call will begin at
