Acer plans to sign partnerships with Synnex Technology International and Weblink International to expand its sales and distribution channels, Digitimes reports. Synnex and Weblink together have nearly 5,000 regional and local sales agents around Taiwan. Under the agreement, Synnex and Weblink will be responsible for marketing, logistics, and sales of Acer notebooks, tablets, notebook/tablet hybrids, desktops, smartphones, LCD monitors, projectors and servers, and also after-sale services.
