This initiative is a further testimony of our commitment to investing in young people and their ideas, and our desire to pursue innovation with them. Giving voice to young talents is a priority for us, in Italy and throughout the world. We do so by maintaining a constant dialogue with the main universities in the strategic places where we work. As a Group we are investing heavily in innovation, digitalization, and we believe that creating a system with universities is the best way to create a favorable context for attracting new generations who want to grow with us in Italy and around the world. Today, the infrastructure sector is making progress in terms of innovation aimed at a more efficient and more sustainable production. And having 43% of direct resources under the age of 35 in the company is of great value in terms of competitiveness on the market '.
