Wellspire Holdings Bhd is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company’s principal activities include the distribution and online retailing of consumer-packaged foods. The Company focuses on the distribution of snack foods, mainly sunflower seeds, which uses indirect distribution channels, such as wholesalers and retailers, including hypermarkets, supermarkets and convenience stores that also sell a variety of other consumer packaged goods in Thailand. The Company is a distributor of ChaCha brand sunflower seeds and nuts for the Thailand market. It also distributes a range of other food products, including seeds and nuts, as well as baked and confectionery products, featuring both third party and proprietary brands, with a total of 58 stock keeping units (SKUs) of snack foods.
