Confirmation of appointment of directors
Further to the announcement of 27 October 2014, Wessex is pleased to confirm the appointment as additional new directors of Andrew Cochran and William Phelps, effective from the date of admission today of the new ordinary shares issued as consideration for the acquisition of Hague and London Oil NV ("Halo"). Mr Cochran succeeds Malcolm Butler as Chairman. Mr Butler remains a non-executive director.
The following details are provided in accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules.
Andrew Liam Cochran, aged 45, has been a director of Halo since 2012 and has no further current directorships. In the last five years, he was a director of the following companies:

Following completion of the acquisition of Halo, Mr Cochran owns a beneficial interest in 135,900,000 shares in Wessex, representing approximately 14.08 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital.
William Clark Phelps, aged 43, is an additional non-executive director and owns 30m shares in the Company representing approximately 3.11 per cent of the enlarged share capital. He was an executive director and Chief Financial Officer of Coastal Energy from 2006 to 2014. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer at Nucoastal Thailand (2005-2006).
There is no other information which requires disclosure in relation to these appointments.
