Western Asset Municipal High Income Fund Inc. (the “Fund”) (NYSE: MHF) announced today the results of the votes cast at the Fund’s annual meeting of stockholders held April 12, 2024.

Carol L. Colman and Jane E. Trust were elected as Class I Directors of the Fund by holders of record of the Fund’s outstanding shares of common stock to hold office until the annual meeting of shareholders in the year 2027, or until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified, or until they resign or are otherwise removed.

In addition, the stockholders voted to ratify the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as independent registered public accountants of the Fund for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2024.
