- distribution in travel locations (58.5%): distribution of books, delicatessen products, beverages, confectionery, travel accessories, leisure products and electronic products. At the end of August 2019, the group had 1,019 stores (including 433 international stores) located primarily in airports (154 in the United Kingdom), hospitals (140) and railway stations (120);
- distribution of stationery and gifts, newspapers, magazines and books (41.5%; No.1 UK): activity carried out through 576 department stores located on the main streets of the United Kingdom, and via the online sales platforms www.funkypigeon.com, www.whsmith.co.uk and www.cultpens.com.
