WholeHealth Products Inc. announced that it has completed its Phase 2 of the creation of a Rapid Ebola Test, which can be done as easily as a pregnancy test. The soon coming Rapid Diagnostic Ebola Whole Blood Test can be done in 20 minutes. Detecting proteins by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and detecting antibodies against the virus using an antibody /antigen binding lateral flow device, are used on other virus detection.

These methods have been proven for years to be fast and accurate. With the experience of WholeHealth Products' CSO, who worked with China on the SARS virus and who developed a Rapid Diagnostic Test for the H1N1 (Bird Flu) is heading up the completion of the Rapid Diagnostic Test for Ebola. WholeHealth Products will sell the tests to the West African governments directly, and to airports.

Some fever screening will begin, but the need for a rapid diagnostic test is paramount for airports, once a person has been detected to have a fever. The fever is not the issue; the airports need to find out right away if this person has Ebola. The soon coming WholeHealth Products' rapid diagnostic test will do just that, it will determine with 99% accuracy if the person has Ebola.
