Jay Albany entered into conditional binding Memorandum of Understanding to acquire Dirty Clean Food Pty Ltd from Wide Open Agriculture Limited (ASX:WOA) in a management buyout transaction for AUD 1.5 million on March 8, 2024. The deal is subject to approval from regulatory board and shareholders of Wide Open Agriculture Limited. The deal is expected to be completed in early April, 2024.

Shareholders of Wide Open Agriculture Limited approved the transaction on April 22, 2024.
