Subject:	Notification on the progress of the appointment of Independent Director and Audit Committee

The regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET") on the listing of ordinary shares or preferred shares as listed securities concerning the status of a listed company on the SET required that the listed companies must have an audit committee that consists of at least 3 members. If the listed company has less than 3 members of the Audit Committee, the listed company must complete the appointment of the Audit Committee within 3 months from the date on which the listed company does not has the complete audit committee.

WIIK Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform the progress of the appointment of the Independent Director and Audit Committee as follows:

July 1, 2022	The Company has invited an independent qualified person as the
	announcement of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Stock
	Exchange of Thailand to propose to appoint an independent director and audit
	committee.
July 5, 2022	The invited person accepted to take the position.
August 11, 2022	Propose to the Nomination Committee and the Board of Directors' meeting to
	consider and approve the appointment and notify the SET next.

In this regard, the Company has sent a letter requesting a waiver of the appointment period for the Audit Committee to the SET. The letter was approved to extend the due date from the former date of August 5, 2022, to August 11, 2022.
