The Board of Directors of WIIK Public Company Limited ("the Company") No. 3/2022 on August 11, 2022, approved to appoint Associate Professor Dr. Tanit Tongthong to take the position of Independent Director and Audit Committee to replace Miss Pranee Ratakam with the term of office equal to the remaining term. The appointment shall become effective from August 11, 2022 onwards.
