Wilcon Depot, Inc. announced board of directors at the meeting held on February 23, 2022 approved on the declaration of cash dividend of PHP 0.15 per share. This represents a 75.0% increase over last year's dividends of PHP 0.12 per share. The dividend to be paid on 12 April 2022 to stockholders of record as of 18 March 2022.
