Willowglen Msc Berhad Announced Cessation of Office of WANG SHI TSANG as Independent and Non Executive Chairman of Audit Committee. Date of change is 17 May 2023. Age is 69.

The new composition of the Audit Committee is as follows: Chairman: Mr. Au Chun Choong (Independent Non-Executive Director). Members: Mr. Teh Chee Hoe (Independent Non-Executive Director). Mr. Syed Feisal Alhady (Independent Non-Executive Director).

Following the retirement of Mr. Wang Shi Tsang as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the Company's Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting held on 17 May 2023, he also ceased to be the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
