Zhang Conghe, Fang Yu, Wang Hui management of Shanghai Zhongke Quanyin Molecular Breeding Technology Co., Ltd. and Yan Zhi, Zhou Guixiang, Shen Guangle and Zhang Yunhu, members of research team signed the agreement to acquire 8.4% stake of Shanghai Zhongke Quanyin Molecular Breeding Technology Co., Ltd. from Winall Hi-tech Seed Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300087) on October 11, 2019. Post completion, Winall Hi-tech Seed Co., Ltd. will hold 44.8% stake of Shanghai Zhongke Quanyin Molecular Breeding Technology Co., Ltd. The Board of Directors of Winall Hi-tech Seed Co., Ltd. has approved the transaction. The transaction is subject to approval from the shareholders of Winall Hi-tech Seed Co., Ltd.
