RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Wisr Limited (ASX: WZR) (Company) (ACN 004 661 205) is pleased to advise that the resolutions presented in the Notice of Meeting were put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting.

The voting on all resolutions was conducted via a poll. Resolutions 2 to 4, 6, & 8 were passed as ordinary resolutions of the Company and resolutions 5 & 7 were passed as special resolutions of the Company.

Valid proxies received prior to the meeting for all resolutions, together with results of the poll, are attached on page 2.
