Witbe reported consolidated earnings results for the first half year ended June 30, 2016. For the period, the company recorded consolidated revenues of EUR 6.5 million, up 20% from EUR 5.371 million a year ago. The group's growth was mainly driven by a 53% increase in telcos activity in the United States, due to the success of the strategy of commercial conquest, which resulted in the opening of new very large accounts (Operators, broadcaster and OTT players overthetop service). LBITDA amounted to EUR 0.3 million, an increase of EUR 0.8 million from EUR 1.085 million a year ago, driven by sustained growth in activity at stable costs. Excluding nonrecurring expenses, EBITDA would even have been positive during the period, a very satisfactory performance given the seasonal nature of sales (65% of realized annual sales to 2 nd half of 2015). Operating loss was EUR 1.094 million compared to EUR 1.86 million a year ago. Net profit was EUR 1,230 million.
