As of March 31, 2023, TESCO Corporation generated net assets of 300.9 million, total assets of ¥482 million, sales of ¥669.9 million, operating income of ¥31.9 million and net income of ¥24.2 million. As per the transaction, TESCO Corporation will acquire 60000 shares of TESCO Corporation.
The transaction is expected to complete on March 29, 2024.
