2020 OPERATING HIGHLIGHTS

Expansion to new operating environments: two new Business Units incorporated into the Group - Wiz Conseg and BMG Corretora;

Record volume in sales of consortium letters. Wiz Parceiros sold R$ 5.6 billion in 2020. The unit expanded its portfolio by launching WizCred, which includes credit products such as payroll loans;

Wiz BPO expanded its service portfolio and consolidated itself as a Full BPO operation specializing in insurance and financial products;

Wiz Corporate launched a new business vertical: Wiz Corporate Partners - focused on operating in the open sea with corporate clients considered complex and in need of tailor-made insurance;

Our Bancassurance Unit achieved expressive results, with emphasis on the performance of the Credit Life product, growing 40.2% in the year;

A strong year at Inter Seguros: 380% growth in sales volume and 102.5% in Gross Revenue compared to 2019, consolidating itself as the most complete digital platform in the insurance market. New exclusivity agreement signed with Liberty Seguros, in the amount of R$ 368 million.

CONSOLIDATION OF

BMG CORRETORA'S

REVENUE

With the closing of the transaction regarding the acquisition of 40% of the capital ofCMG Corretora de Seguros Ltda. ("BMG Corretora"), we started to consolidate, as of November 2020, the result of this operation. With the closing of the transaction, we paid the first installment provided for in the acquisition cost, in the amount of R$ 22.4 million.

ONE-OFF EFFECTS

In this quarter, Wiz's results were impacted by the following one-off effects: (i) recognition of provisions for non-recurring fiscal contingencies, (ii) write-offs resulting from the impairment test carried out for the investment registered with the acquisition of the companies GR1D Finance and GR1D Insurance and (iii) write-offs on intangible assets, related to projects discontinued by the Company.

RELATION WITH CAIXA SEGURIDADE

On February 12, 2021, the Company communicated to the market that it had been informed by Caixa Seguridade that it was not selected as a winner in the Offer Blocks of the competitive process for the selection of co-broker(s) to operate in business lines in partnership with Caixa Seguridade's own brokerage firm, as of February 15, 2021. In parallel, on February 2, 2021, Wiz released a Material Fact stating that it entered an amendment with Caixa Seguridade to the Operating Agreement signed on August 9, 2018 regarding the transition of activities until then performed by Wiz to Caixa Seguridade's own brokerage firm and to the co-brokerage(s) that were winners of the Competitive Process. In the Transition Period, which will last for 6 months, Wiz will receive a commission according to the rules clarified in the Material Fact.
