Wiz Soluções e Corretagem de Seguros S.A. (BOVESPA:WIZS3) entered into an agreement to acquire Promotiva S.A. from Banco Votorantim S.A. for BRL 85 million on November 9, 2022. The Acquisition will be for a total estimated price of between BRL 75 million and BRL 85 million, depending on Promotiva's performance.
