Wolverine Technologies Corp. (OTCPK:WOLV) entered into an agreement to acquire 40% interest in Frog Property Located in Labrador, Canada from 86835 Newfoundland & Labrador Corp. for CAD 1.43 million on February 28, 2022.

Under the terms of the Agreement Wolverine issued 570,000,000 common shares at a deemed price of CAD 0.0025 per share for a purchase price of CAD 1.425 million. As of August 9, 2022, an amended agreement was signed, according to which, the number of shares to be issued was reduced to 27.5 million.
