Woodbois Limited announced production results for third quarter ended 30 September 2022. For the quarter, Sawmill production 6,032m3, a 78% increase on the 2021 quarterly average and third quarter Veneer production 1,418m3, a 45% increase on the 2021 quarterly average.

Company Profile

Woodbois Limited is engaged in the business of forestry and timber trading. The Companyâs business is focused on the production, processing, manufacture and supply of sustainable softwood, hardwood and related products throughout Africa and across the globe. The Company sustainably manages over 156,000 hectares of natural forest concessions in Gabon and over 328,000 hectares in Mozambique. It operates through three divisions: production and supply of sustainable African hardwood products, the trading of timber and timber products, and a reforestation and carbon credit division. The trading division sources and supplies sustainable timber to a global customer base. The Company's carbon sequestration and trading division aims to generate voluntary carbon credits for corporate partners through the delivery of large-scale reforestation projects. Its products include lumber and veneer. It produces, processes and supplies more than 50 species of sustainable African lumber.
