Inpion Co., Ltd. and 11 individuals acquired 34.92% stake in Wooriro Optical Telecom Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A046970) from Kim Gun Ja, Kim Jun, Kim Myeong Hui, Kim Seon and other individuals for $13.2 million on December 4, 2013. Under the terms of the deal, 2.4 million shares of Wooriro Optical Telecom are acquired. PricewaterhouseCoopers Korea acted as an accountant for Wooriro Optical Telecom Co., Ltd.
